🧨 In just 2 hours, hitters will rotate through high-level stations with each coach, getting coached on:
Efficient swing mechanics
Approach and mindset
Power generation & bat speed
Vision training and pitch ID
Movement optimization
Not to mention we are going to host a 7 hour event afterwards with vendors, wiffleball, hittrax homerun derby, food, music, and much more. That much more is a MLB Show tournament where the athletes can show off there video game skills. BRING YOUR CONTROLLER
