WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE CLASSES

Ladies! Join us for 8 weeks of FREE trauma informed women's self defense classes. No prior experience is needed to attend any of the sessions.

Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan 26th through March 25th
Time: 6:30pm-7:45pm.
Course Cost: $300 ($250 for Fitness Revolution Members)
Drop In Fee: $20 per session
Attire: Comfortable athletic clothes (bring water)
