Free Music and Movement in park

Come join Sam Lindsey of Frog Spirit Yoga for a joyful afternoon of Music & Movement at Waluga Park East!

This free, family-friendly gathering invites both kids and adults to explore music, rhythm, and play in a supportive outdoor setting. Together, we’ll enjoy:

• 🎶 Ukulele-led songs guided by Sam
• 🥁 Child-friendly percussion instruments to explore rhythm
• 🌈 Dancing scarves for movement and self-expression
• 🎵 Music therapy–based games designed to inspire joy and connection

Sam Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has volunteered with several music therapy organizations, including Sounding Joy Music Therapy (supporting children, families, and elders) and the Marylhurst University Music Therapy Summer Camp for children with autism and other developmental needs.

This event is about connection, play, and the healing power of music—a perfect way to unwind after the school week, start the weekend, and spend an afternoon in community
