Prenatal Series Part I: Centering the Journey

I am so excited to announce that registration for Part I of our Prenatal Yoga Series is now open on the Thrive website.

Centering the Journey is a 5-week course that will be taught by Colleen Campbell of CJ Yoga and Wellness LLC. Colleen is an experienced and passionate Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, and we are so excited to have her teach our very first yoga course at Thrive!

We are so excited to support you in this motherhood journey. This is open to beginners as well as experienced yogis. Please share with any expecting mamas who may want to join!
