About the event

Basic Tablet (Card) Weaving

Often called “card” weaving in the US, this weaving style is used to produce a band that can vary from quite narrow (much less than an inch) to quite wide (more than 6 inches). Learn how to thread and weave the cards to make a short band using colors of your choosing. Tablet weaving instructions are not standardized, so we will also look at instructions in several popular books.
