Randy has been devoted to his sobriety and thriving for over 290 days. Recently, he was involved in a serious accident that has put him on a long road to recovery. As a result, he sustained a traumatic brain injury, they repaired his severed femoral artery, he has a hole in the side of his knee that we assume is from a handle bar and he required dozens of staples to both knees, he also fractured his L5, all this has led to an intense and ongoing journey of recovery. Randy remains in the hospital with plans to discharge to a long term rehab in the near future. Despite the challenges, he remains strong and hopeful, surrounded by the love and support of his friends and family. This benefit is our way of coming together to help ease the burden and show him that no one heals alone.
We will raffle off baskets, have different boards for people to get on and a 50/50 drawing.
Food will be a free will offering. We have someone smoking pork butts and Hickory Haze has offered to donate some food as well. 💛

We hope we can get a good turn out. It is a little over a month away, we would love to say he will be there also but that all depends on where he is in his healing journey.
His memory is still blotchy so I had the idea of making a photo album/memory book. If anyone would like to share a memory they have with him write it down on a note and bring a picture with you or both of you so he can read them and match faces to names. Thank you and hope to see you there ❤️😊
