Unframed- a playful art gathering

Okay friends — here’s the deal. You do not have to be an artist to come to this. You just have to be a human who wants to loosen up, push some paint around, and maybe laugh at yourself when you realize you’re still holding your shoulders up by your ears.

We’ll spend our time playing with color, texture, and tools (yes, brushes, but also sponges, scrapers, maybe even your fingers if you’re brave enough). We’re not here to make a “perfect painting.” We’re here to let our nervous systems breathe, to relax, to play and to learn why it matters!

💡 Pro tip: wear clothes you don’t mind getting paint on, and bring your open heart + your fun brain.
