This global circle is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect to the deeper meaning of giving — not from obligation, but from wholeness. Together, we will explore how generosity, compassion, and community become sources of inner resilience.

Through guided breathwork and meditation, we will:

• Cultivate clarity and grounded presence
• Reflect on what it means to rise — individually and collectively
• Hold intention for women and girls worldwide

This offering is accessible to all levels. You don't need prior meditation experience.

100% of donations will go directly to Yoga Gives Back, supporting education and economic empowerment for women and girls in underserved communities.
