Join us for a heartfelt day of reflection, creativity, and belonging in honor of World Mental Health Day.
✨ Gentle grounding poetry & movement
✨ Nature walk to gather treasures — leaves, flowers, twigs, stones, feathers
✨ Create your own nature mandala of love, remembrance, or hope
✨ Contribute to a Collective Community Mandala honoring mental health journeys 🕊️
All are welcome: neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, those healing from grief or loss, caregivers, support professionals, and anyone seeking connection, healing, and renewal.
