Join me for a free weekly walking group rooted in self-care and community connection.

📍 Lake Junaluska — Meet next to the pool by the kayak storage
🌀 We’ll walk the 2.3-mile loop around the lake
💰 Totally free — just bring yourself and comfy shoes!

Each week kicks off with a quick 5–10 minute chat based on the 8 dimensions of wellness, followed by a relaxed walk and a simple self-care takeaway you can carry into your week.
