Tree of Reflection - Ornament Purchase

Honor and memorialize a loved one who has been touched by Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.

About this Event

To place an ornament in memory of a loved one, purchase it at $12 per ornament through the month of December.

To pay cash or check please visit our office at Havasu Community Health Foundation, 2126 McCulloch Blvd N, Suite 14 in the Shambles Village.
Proceeds benefit the Dementia Connection of Havasu.

We also invite you to attend the Tree of Reflection Lighting Ceremony offers an opportunity to honor and memorialize a loved one who has been touched by Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.
