MS-Take Charge Support Group

🧡 Living with MS? You don’t have to do it alone.

MS-Take Charge Support Group is a space to connect, share, and feel supported by others who understand the journey.

We will meet the second Monday of each month.

Come as you are. Stay for the conversation, the connection, and the community.

OPTIONAL: Gentle movement and stretching exercises available for those who’d like to participate.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle if you’d like to join in the movement portion.
