December NOODLES Restaurant fundraiser 4-8pm

Congrats, your application meets all our requirements, and we’re excited to partner with you for your upcoming fundraising night at Noodles & Company. We love being involved with our local communities and we couldn’t do this without you!

We are thrilled to host your fundraising event on 12/11/2025 from 4-8 pm at the Noodles location listed below. 25% of all qualifying online and in-restaurant sales will go directly back to your organization.

We’ve created flyers to help promote your event and attached them to this email. We recommend promoting your fundraising night as soon as possible. Social media and email blasts work very well!

For online and Noodles Rewards app orders, guests can apply the coupon code, “GIVING25” in the Coupon Code line at checkout. Ordering online is quick and easy and allows guests to skip the line by grabbing their meal at our Quick Pick-Up station or where pick up windows are present. Please make sure you are signed into your rewards account to use this code, if you are not already a member, please sign up! This is a great option for guests who prefer to dine at home or on-the-go but still want to support your organization.

When ordering in-restaurant guests must mention your organization or present the flyer upon placing your order prior to paying.
