The 23rd Annual Fallen Heroes 5K Memorial Run

This will be the 23rd edition of this great 5K run and after-party. The event pays homage to those fallen heroes of the 9/11 attacks and aftermath. The event is produced by the FMBA of New Jersey. The event starts and finishes at our host sponsor, the famous Bar Anticipation.
This event is part of the USATF-NJ Grand Prix Series (500 points).
Come watch as 750 + runners and walkers race through the towns of Belmar, Lake Como and Spring Lake. Form a team and compete for one of the team trophies!
Come out and see if you can win one of the 4 bikes that are up for grabs!
Take home one of the commemorative T-Shirts.
Have a great meal after the run and be part of the raucous awards ceremony.
With Olympians in the field, this is an opportunity to rub elbows (in a friendly way) with some celebrities. Finish the day with autographed copy of “Where the Lions Roam” !
