Saturday, May 24, 2025 @5 PM ✅ Parents & children, it’s time to lace up those sneakers and join Tara X & The Squad for the monthly Parent Walk right here in Lake Charles! 📍 We’re meeting by the stage at the Civic Center every month for movement, music, connection, and FUN‼️ ⏰ Choose your session: 5PM – 6PM OR 6PM – 7PM 🏃🏽♀️➡️ Each session includes: • 15-min Stretch & Warm-up • 25-min Power Walk • 20-min Meet & Greet + Healthy Snacks 🤗 All ages welcome! Music, water, snacks, and positive vibes included. Let’s build healthy habits as a family & make memories that move us — one step at a time!
