Hold and Harmless Photo Release/Waiver:
In consideration for being allowed to participate In the Barbe High School Cheerleading Clinic, I agree to assume the risk of participation in the activities.  In addition, I agree to hold harmless and indeminify Barbe High School, Calcasieu Parish School Board, their employees, agents, officers, and directions from and against all claims, demands from personsal Injuries and property damage resulting fro participation. I have read and understanis agreement, and hereby declare my minior child to participate in this even. I give permission for my child’s photo to be used on Barbe Cheerleading Social Media pages.
