Reiki Level I Class & Attunement
One-Day Intensive with Julie Schwerer
Awaken the healer within during this immersive Reiki Level I training—a sacred day of learning, attunement, and self-discovery. Through a blend of lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, you’ll begin your journey into the art of Reiki.
✨ In this course, you’ll explore:
The history and origins of Reiki, connecting with its ancient roots.
Your own energetic field and the realization that you have always been a healer.
The foundations of self-healing, the heart of Reiki Level I.
Techniques to share Reiki with friends, family, and even pets.
How to offer a complete Reiki treatment, including traditional hand positions and self-treatment practices.
Each participant will receive a sacred attunement, a ritual that aligns the chakras and opens the channel to universal life force energy. This initiation enhances your ability to transmit healing energy for yourself and others, often awakening a profound sense of transformation and connection.
All trainings are taught with the International Center for Reiki Training manual (provided with the course). Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of training.
