Sunrise Slow Flow Yoga Class - Special Session

Earth follows the sun on its path through the Milky Way, and with it you are a passenger.  This slow flow will guide you into your calm full breath, ease you into fluid body movement, and smoothly connect you to the energy surrounding you.  Designed for all levels of yoga experience, this class will get your blood flowing and leave you glowing and energetic for the rest of your beautiful Sunday.
