Gather with ʻohana this Thanksgiving and enjoy a bountiful brunch by the ocean at Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa’s newly expanded Japengo deck. Start your feast with Hawaiian sweet bread French toast with ube sauce, longaniza sausage, then savor slow-roasted turkey with rosemary gravy, a roast beef carving station, paired with delectable sides like mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stir fried noodles and steamed shrimp siaomai. Guests can also enjoy assorted sushi rolls, sashimi selections and ahi poke jars, and fresh island salads.

Complete the experience with house-made apple pie jars, mango-coconut panna cotta, pumpkin pie, and stuffed malasadas, all while taking in live music and panoramic views of the Ka‘anapali Beach.
