Sound Therapy

February 24 | 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Note: This 2-week class is currently being offered in-person at the Susi Q Senior Center. No payment is required until we have a minimum of 10 participants. Instructor: Zara Rezai

Sound therapy uses gentle vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation. Many seniors report better sleep, less anxiety and pain, improved memory, and a greater sense of emotional well-being.

The description is not clear so I am inquiring to clarify. It states that it is currently occurring like present day sound healing sessions are at work? What time where I would love to be there
