MEET THE HOSTS:
Iris
is a yoga teacher from Germany specialized in Mantra Yoga. With ten years of experience, she also brings her passion for music as a kirtan singer and musician. In this special class, she will provide live musical accompaniment for the yoga flow led by Silvia, creating a deeper, more Intensive experience for all.
Silvia
from Italy, began her teaching career in London in 2016, where she received three yoga certifications. Having taught around the world, she is now based in Salema and Espiche. She describes herself as a creative soul with a deep passion for music, loving to sing and play various Instruments. Silvia is also a certified intuitive reader and a practitioner of an energetic discipline called Kundalini Activation Astral Work-Giver. She shares her passion for spirituality on her social media and YouTube channels.
