We will take you through the sausage-making process from start to finish. We'll take beef and pork trimmings and grind them up, add seasoning and then hand-stuff them into natural hog casings. We'll smoke them until they are nice and plump. We'll package them up in vacuum-sealed bags that will keep them ready-to-eat for months.
