Focus: Self-Care Review & WRAP Planning.

A series of workshops for direct care workers. A new subject is covered every month. This workshop focuses on negative thinking. All workshops teach evidence-based tactics to support people who are caring for others.

We can offer this series for free because of a grant from United Way of Greater Lafayette.
