Will is a dedicated Tai Chi teacher and conscious personal trainer who brings a holistic approach to movement and wellness. Currently enrolled in the renowned CHEK Coaching Program by Paul Chek, Will is deepening his studies in integrative health, corrective exercise, and lifestyle coaching.
With a focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit, he helps others build strength, balance, and awareness from the inside out.
