September 2025 Comfort Measures Class

This class is recommended to moms with September-November 2025 due dates, but welcome to all.

This class was designed by local, professional birth doulas based on their experience attending births over the years and in all settings. You will learn the basics of birth, a variety of techniques to help you stay comfortable and manage your labor. It is highly recommended your birth team, like your partner, be in attendance with you for this class.

You will also have the opportunity to meet a few of the Birth Acadiana members and see them in action!
