Sacred Breath and Gong Waves at Bayou Bliss

We'll begin with Guided Breath-Work with Erick Brower, to calm the mind, release stored tension, and reconnect with the body. Then, surrender into the immersive vibrations of a Gong Sound Bath, with Rachael Sudul, designed to reset your nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and invite deep relaxation.
This combination of breath and sound creates a powerful pathway for renewal - helping you leave stress behind and return to balance with clarity and ease.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything you need to be comfortable lying down.
No prior experience is needed - just come as you are and allow the healing energy to flow.
