— 30 minutes of Mat Pilates to awaken your strength and align your body
— Restorative movement & breathwork to calm the nervous system
— 10-minute Sound Bath to drop into deep rest and integration
— DIY Aromatherapy Roller Experience with Ashley
Craft your own personalized aromatherapy roller using high-quality essential oils and intention, creating a blend that supports your energy, emotions, and goals.

All materials are provided — just bring your mat, water, and an open heart.

Leave with a renewed sense of balance and a custom roller you can carry with you as a reminder of your power and peace.
