NYE Sober Flow Yoga Class

Check this out! Please join us for a Sober New Year’s Eve Flow Yoga Class into 2026 on Wednesday evening from 10 PM to 12 AM.
Our evening will be began by grounding the nervous system, restoring the body and calming the mind. From there, we will do some awakening energy work, followed by a Vinyasa flow to move, breathe, and ring in the new year together with clarity and presence. 
This class is for ALL LEVELS. Come exactly as you are. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we do offer them at the studio. Choose a sober soulful way to welcome in the new year. We can’t wait to flow, breathe and cross the threshold of 2026 with you.
