Group Guided Meditation ✨

A very special group guided meditation, specially curated by mindfulness coach Willow Silverayne ♥

Join us in a one-of-a-kind event, specially curated to aid in manifestation & focus on activation. ✨

We will be entering into a shared space, centered on love & compassion & respect for our community, and ourselves.

We will begin with a few exercises on worksheets (such as meditative drawing) & learn or refresh ourselves on some meditation fundamentals.

We will bond with our little community, and deepen our love for our fellow humans.

To close the ceremony, you will all close your eyes & receive a guided meditation in person, facilitated by Willow. ✨
