Experience the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, home of the greatest spectacle in racing! Spend time at the newly remodeled Speedway Museum and take a tour of the track!
Have you ever wanted to take a lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway? Now's your chance! The "Kiss the Bricks" tour is a narrated, 30-minute bus tour that features one lap around the famous 2.5 mile oval with a stop at the start/finish line and the historic yard of bricks. Since 1996, race-winning drivers have celebrated their victory by kissing the bricks. Now, you can experience this tradition for yourself!
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway are proud caretakers of American open-wheel racing history. When the Museum first opened in 1956, there were only a few vintage race cars on display. But now, their collection consists of more than 55,000 artifacts, artworks, and automobiles. That includes more than 200 art pieces; thousands of photographs; two million feet of film; numerous helmets; and 500 awards and trophies from races across the globe.
The Garage Food Hall at Bottleworks District is a 30,000 square foot community-focused food and market hall that occupies two of the historic bottling plant's original garage buildings. The food hall features 1930s Art Deco terracotta facades, industrial architecture, and large roll-up doors for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The Garage plays host to a variety of food and beverage vendors, bringing top culinary talent, artisan craftsmen, residents, and visitors together in the heart of Indianapolis. It's a supportive environment where chefs, producers, and artisans are pushed to be their best. Also, home to live music performances.
