About the event

Breathe In: Restoration for Mental Health Professionals

This 2 hour event, designed for mental health professionals, includes breathwork, restorative yoga with massage, and an extended sound bath, all for just $55! Releasing any stored pain in our joints and musculature and bringing restoration to our nervous system, we let go of any trauma (ours or others') that may be stored in our body. You will leave rested and at peace.
