Beginner Classical Pilates Mat Training

Join us for our Beginner Classical Pilates Mat Training, January 10th & 11th — the perfect foundation for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Pilates or begin their journey toward a 500-hour comprehensive certification.

This 16-hour weekend training covers the full Classical Beginning Mat series along with modifications and variations, making it accessible for all bodies. You’ll also explore Pilates principles, foundational anatomy, and the history of the method to give you a well-rounded introduction to teaching or deepening your personal practice.

This training is a prerequisite for our full 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification.

Whether you're an aspiring instructor or a passionate student, this immersive weekend will strengthen your knowledge and connection to the classical Pilates method.
