BE RENEWED: A WEEKLY MEDITATION PRACTICE

Every Sunday at 10:00 - 10:30am ET ~ In-person and on Zoom. No experience is needed, and we welcome all levels from beginner to advanced. Metaphysically, the purpose of meditation is to expand the consciousness Christward; to bring into realization divine Truth; to be transformed in spirit, soul, and body by the renewing of the mind. Join us as we move into a peaceful state, opening to new levels of self and spiritual awareness. Benefits include: mental clarity and reducing stress/anxiety, Expressions of generosity are welcomed and appreciated. All proceeds benefit Unity of Sussex County.
