Falls are preventable! Stay independent at home, longer with Stepping On! 7 weeks will help you reduce your risk of falling by 30%.
Who should attend:
*Adults 60+ who live in their own home or independent living apartment.
*Adults who can walk independently when indoors (do not use a walker/wheelchair/scooter).
*Adults who do not have dementia or cognitive impairment
*Adults who have a fear of falling or who had had a fall in the past year.
