Description:
Join us in the heart of Ladera Ranch for an afternoon of sound, stillness, and community connection.
This outdoor sound bath will be held at Founders Park, surrounded by life’s natural soundtrack — from birdsong to laughter in the distance. Instead of distractions, we welcome them as part of the practice. Each sound is an invitation to return to presence.
🪷 What to Expect:
Immersive sound bath with handmade bowls, gongs & other instruments
Two one-hour sessions (3 PM & 5 PM)
Space to rest, reflect, and connect
Family-friendly community gathering
