Welcome aboard the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad Fall Foliage Train!
Join us for a 4-hour fall foliage train ride through beautiful New Hampshire! Our train departs Meredith Station and will head north over Ashland Summit, across the Ashland High Trestle, pass through the Bonnie Brae Deer Farm and the Glove Hollow Christmas Tree Farm in Bridgewater, NH before arriving at The Common Man Inn & Spa, right across from the train station, to enjoy a hot buffet lunch. Your meal will include items such as Soup, Seasonal Veggies, Roast Turkey, Lasagna, Vegetarian Stir-Fry, Fresh-Baked Cookies & more*. After lunch you will have time to visit their gift shop which is filled with NH-made gifts before returning to the train.
Our journey continues as we travel south through Plymouth to Ashland, NH where we’ll stop at the restored 1869 Ashland Railroad Station for a guided tour where you will be greeted by members of the Ashland Historical Society dressed in 1860’s attire. Following the guided tours, we’ll re-board the train for the final time and continue south over Ashland Summit passing Lake Waukewan before arrival back to Meredith Station.
