Join us by starting the day with a soothing organic handpicked 🌸herbal tea 🫖tasting flight, followed by a make your own blend event!
We'll then move onto helping our chakras with: 1) a vagus nerve vocal toning class (no singing or vocal experience necessary) to help harmonize your energy centers!
After that, 2) learn the gentle loose chakra flow movements, with specific shapes and colors to further balance!
After these sessions, we focus our energy on positive intentions and releasing what no longer serves us, in a sacred ceremony.
Finally, end the day with a group sound bath, enjoying the soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls and other instruments. Lower your stress, change your brain state, let the sounds penetrate your body, mind and spirit.
