The JRO Foundation is hosting The Barren Run
A memorial ride for Justin Owens followed by a fundraiser at the Bamber VFW Post.
We're raising funds to support a tradesmen scholarship in honor of Justin — a man who embodied the grit, skill, and heart that define the trades. This effort is about more than a financial gift. It's about shining a light on the vital role tradesmen play in our communities and our daily lives. By investing in the next generation, we're not only keeping that spirit alive, but honoring how much it meant to Justin — and how much it continues to mean to all of us.
