What We’re Doing:
+ a mini bounce culture class, jump into fitness with Aimee and the mini trampolines

Event Flow:
11:20-11:35 AM — Arrival / Check-in
• Grab your name tag and sign in. The workout starts promptly, but you can still join in on snacks and the goals board if you arrive a little later.
11:40 AM — Mini Bounce Culture Workout
Get your energy up with fun trampoline workout led by Aimee
All levels welcome, just come ready to move!
12:15 PM — Snack & Social Station
Refuel at the “Snack & Sculpt” snack bar. Grab healthy bites, protein-packed goodies, and free sponsor items while mingling.
12:30 PM — Custom Fitness Goals Board Activity
Create your personalized goals board with markers, stickers, and motivational cards.
Reflect on prompts, set actionable goals, and chat with fellow guests while enjoying goodies.
1:15 PM — Shop Sponsored Swag
Always free, grab one of everything or one of just a few things. Sponsored by brands who care.
