Friday Night Flow

Come and join us for a relaxing and healing night of yoga.

Here at Best Life Fitness mobility expert Coach Katie will be hosting Friday Night Flow.
This will be a gentle flow that is guaranteed to help you increase flexibility, ease pain, and reduce stress.

Then after the flow, stick around for an after party.
We will be enjoying a charcuterie tray and tasting some amazing 1st Phorm protein shakes.

Flow starts at: 6 pm
Social starts at: 7 pm
