Sound Healing @ Lake Redstone

Experience a serene lakeside session with Master Sound Healer Leah Rachuj, designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. Surrounded by the calming sights and sounds of nature, this event features soothing vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls and chimes, creating a tranquil atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Participants will be guided through techniques that help release tension, foster mindfulness, and restore emotional balance. Whether you're seeking a moment of calm or a rejuvenating escape, this lakeside experience offers a welcoming and peaceful setting to connect with yourself and the environment.

What to Bring:

*Warm Blankets/sleeping bag

*Pillows

*Warm beverage

*Flashlight/lantern

*Open Mind



I will have a fire going to keep you warm but please expect it to be cool outside. This will not be a float session. I do not suggest going in the water for this session due to the water temperature.



You must have a county sticker or a day pass to park and enjoy the session so please respect the park rules. Day passes can be purchased at the entrance and county passes are available at the local gas station in La Valle.
