As the Autumn Equinox meets the energy of the New Moon, we are given a sacred moment to pause, reflect, and begin again. This evening is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and set intentions for the season ahead.

Opening Meditation with Gentle Breathwork to ground and arrive fully in the moment

Letting Go Intention for Renewal to release old energy and welcome fresh beginnings

Labyrinth Walk to find balance, clarity, and release

Mandala Art Meditation to express intentions and integrate your journey

Closing Meditation to anchor renewal in your heart, body, mind, and spirit
