Sunday Morning Stillness & Silence

Take this opportunity to begin your week with an hour of meditative contemplation at our Sunday Morning Stillness & Silence group.

Sit in silence and breathe in; on the out breath let go of the mind chatter to touch a place of calm peace. Set an intention for your day and extend that energy into your week.
We will begin with a guided, grounding meditation, moving into a space of quiet, and calm.

All are welcome; no previous meditation experience is required. Come with an open heart and a willingness to sit with a group and breathe in the stillness of the present moment.

This group is open to all, no one will be turned away. A $5 minimum Love Donation is recommended to support the mission of A Mindful Place and maintain the facility. Your contribution is accepted with a grateful heart.

START TIME: 10AM CDT/11AM EDT (DOORS OPEN 9:45am)
