Ahoy, mermaids and mateys! Prepare for a tidal wave of sweat and spirit at Tour de Cove presented by EōS Fitness, CAF’s premier cycle-a-thon, part of the legendary San Diego Triathlon Challenge. Set sail on a 4.5-hour high-energy ride with breathtaking views of the gleaming Pacific from the shores of La Jolla Cove.

This year’s theme: Salty Spin! So grab your finest pirate flair and mermaid magic and show up ready to ride in true high-seas style!

Led by your favorite EōS Fitness instructors this is no ordinary voyage. Join over 100 spirited souls as you pedal through waves of music, movement, and mission. Ride solo or gather a crew of three for a relay.

Every dollar raised empowers athletes with physical disabilities. This is more than a ride, it’s a voyage to change lives.
