Series Description:

Whether you are a student startup with a brand new idea, a small business owner with a side project, or a seasoned business mogul, the Entrepreneur Workshops focus on a variety of topics pertinent to your journey. Sponsored by Pillsbury Law and hosted by the Office of Innovation and Commercialization’s The Basement, these workshops are open to everyone.  We invite you to register for as many sessions as you are interested in! About the Speaker:

Jarazet Altamirano | Founder, Innovationist Playbox  |

Jarazet Altamirano is a Global Digital Marketer and Innovation Strategist with over 15 years of experience leading global projects, creative campaigns, and digital strategies for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and non-profit organizations across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. As a Design Thinking expert, she has provided coaching across various contexts and organizations, including IDEO U.

She has also led global agile teams and co-founded several innovation-related initiatives. Her ongoing pursuit involves constantly redefining the connection between Innovation Management, Agile Leadership, and Digital Marketing.

Jarazet is the founder of Innovationist Playbox and WE ARE IN AI. She is also the creator of several frameworks aimed at increasing agility and promoting human-centered innovative approaches, such as the super epic collaboration game, Unbox-inn creativity process, and WIN AI framework for responsible AI. Additionally, she is a co-creator of Playnnovation and the Innovator's Mindsets Framework.

She is on a mission is to build the next generation of purpose-driven organizations through innovation, agility, and human connection.

This event is located on the first floor of the . The entrances are located across from the or next to the bus and trolley stop.

MTS Trolley

The easiest way to get to the DIB is by taking the MTS trolley UC San Diego Blue Line and getting off at the UC San Diego Central Campus stop. The trolley stop is a short 1 minute walk to the DIB.

Parking

Public transportation is highly recommended as parking is limited on campus. If you plan to drive to campus, please give yourself plenty of time. You can download the ParkMobile app to pay for your space digitally once you find a spot.
