Series Description:
Whether you are a student startup with a brand new idea, a small business owner with a side project, or a seasoned business mogul, the Entrepreneur Workshops focus on a variety of topics pertinent to your journey. Sponsored by Pillsbury Law and hosted by the Office of Innovation and Commercialization’s The Basement, these workshops are open to everyone. We invite you to register for as many sessions as you are interested in! Light refreshments will be provided.
Event Description:
Your relationships are often more valuable than what you learned in the classroom. The most successful careers and companies are built not just on knowledge, but on the strength and depth of their networks. This workshop teaches you how to be intentional about curating your professional connections so that your network becomes a true asset—something that grows in value and impact as it compounds over time.
You’ll also learn why your digital presence is often the first impression you make, and how to approach it strategically to reflect your strengths and goals. Through a story-driven, practical conversation with behind-the-scenes insights from working alongside some of the world’s most iconic founders and companies, you’ll walk away with actionable tactics and interactive experiences you can apply right away—even as a student—to start shaping your network with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
