Volunteer Open House at Kreische Brewery/Monument Hill

Join us Thursday, September 4, 5-7 pm, for our Volunteer Open House at Kreische Brewery/Monument Hill! This in-person event is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to get involved and make a difference in preserving our local history. Whether you're a history buff, nature enthusiast, or just looking to give back to the community, we have a place for you. Come meet our team, learn about volunteer opportunities, and explore the beautiful grounds.

-Come sample different volunteer roles throughout the grounds--from outdoor maintenance and landscaping to inside library and archival work. Tour docents and program leaders for school field trips and weekend events also welcome.

-Volunteer roles are available for all ages and interests! Not a public speaker? Help us behind the scenes with research and program development. LOVE talking to cool and interesting people? Help us at the front desk at the Visitors Center!

-Free refreshments, raffles and giveaways for all visitors interested in joining our volunteer crew.
