August is National Wellness Month, a time to focus on Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual health.

Prioritize your self-care, reduce stress, and create healthier habits to feel like your best self!

Start the morning with Yoga at 10am and end the day with a Sound Experience at 3:15pm. Additional vendors will be featured during the day.

Vendor spots and various participation levels available.

There is no charge to the public for attending, but the special events throughout the day will have a minimal fee.
