Join us for a communal screaming session - a chance to release negative energy, clear space for healing, and invite positive vibrations.
This isn't just yelling into the wind. It's about:
• Letting go of what you've been carrying
• Making space for joy, calm, and connection
• Sharing a freeing moment with community

•Wear comfy clothes you can move/breathe in.
•Bring water (screaming is surprisingly physical!).
•A small journal/pen if you want to write a release note before or after.
•A blanket or yoga mat for sitting during grounding/closing.
