Family Yoga

Join Alyson for Family Yoga in La Crosse on Saturday, February 7th from 10:30-11:15 am.

Explore yoga in a playful and supportive environment! This 45-minute practice invites participants of all ages and abilities, from the youngest to the oldest members, and from crawlers to those using wheelchairs, to come together and explore movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Through music, movement, breathing, relaxation, and interactive activities, participants can bond, learn, and experience the benefits of yoga.
